Seasonal Hunt Challenges

April 15, 2023 Jana Goldsworthy

As the seasons change, so do our Hunt challenges around the property…

The Spring Conejo Hunt

kicked off this tradition challenging guests to find over three dozen numbered conejos (rabbits) around the property. Originally intended to be a one weekend event, this hunt was so well received by adults and children alike, that we kept it going straight though summer and it will return again in 2023.

All of our hunts feature Metal Art by our very own Blacksmith Bobby Mensinger of 4M Metalworks which is also available for purchase in our wonderful gift Emporium.

Additional hunts we’ve introduced, though smaller in scale than the original, are still loads of fun including our :

Halloween Haunt

Fall Harvest Haunt

Holiday Hunt

and the latest challenge, our…

Winter Woodland Hunt

which will be in place for a few months with some “lovely” new additions and twists for the month of February creating a Love in the Woods challenge.

You can enjoy Hunt fun all year ‘round with a new challenge each season and new placements each year to keep you searching as you explore the exhibits, stroll through the rose garden, discover the tri-village, and hike the nature trails.

A sticker or small prize awaits all who participate, regardless of how many themed items you spot. Make a game of it, competing with friends to see who finds the most items or just challenge yourself trying to find at least one more item each time you return.

You never know what you might discover when you are really searching at the

Stagecoach Inn Museum!
